On September 11th the brothers along with the sisters of Sigma Sigma Sigma held a very successful BBQ in Quad.  Unfortunately we had rainy weather that day, and for a second a lot of people had their doubts on whether or not we were still going to have the BBQ. Despite the weather our brother Gilbert Reyna (aka Giblets) saved the day with his amazing grilling skills. He even went as far as bringing his own pit, just in case. The rain was off and on and luckily the sisters of Sigma Sigma Sigma brought their cover which provided a safe haven for us. Considering the rain we had a great turned out. We passed out about 40 burgers and around 60 hot dogs. This event was a collaboration between both of us; It was nice to work with such a well organised sorority.

For those of you who don’t know, every Friday all the Greeks at St. Mary’s display their letter in quad. Quad is the courtyard in back of St. Louis and to the side of Rein Bolt. You’ll find that every Friday there is something new. If you haven’t come out one yet feel free to stop by our letters and chat with one of us. We don’t bite.
